Delivery time

All Nazar Amulets are made to order and will be shipped within 5 working days. Products that are not made to order like bags and bracelets, will be shipped within 2 working days. Everything is lovingly packed and sent from Amsterdam.

We ship with PostNL and DHL. After shipping, you will receive an email including the track & trace code of your order.

Flat rate shipping outside of the Netherlands

Do you live outside of the EU? You may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the order in your country. Project Nazar is not responsible for any of these charges. As the charges vary from country to country, we cannot give you an estimate on these costs.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that it is not possible to return any personalized goods. For any returns, contact us at hello@projectnazar.nl.

We pack your orders with the utmost care and attention. However, if an order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@projectnazar.nl including pictures of your damaged order.
