Delivery times
All Nazar Amulets are made to order and are shipped within 5 business days. Products that are in stock such as jewelry and the tote bag are usually shipped within 2 working days.

Packaging
All orders are gift wrapped and shipped in neutral packaging. To reduce the impact on the environment we try to use eco-friendly packaging as much as possible and also recycle shipping boxes and bubble wrap.

Shipping information
Orders are shipped with PostNL and DHL. After shipment you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace code of your order.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands

The shipping costs are based on the item weight.

• Jewellery: €1.95
• Postcards: € 4.10
• Tote bag: € 4.10
• Other: €4.95

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands

• Europe: € 10,00
• United Kingdom: € 18,50

Do you live outside the EU? Customs fees may be charged for your order. Project Nazar is not responsible for these costs. As costs may vary by country, we cannot provide an estimate of these costs.

Return Policy  
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days. The product must be in its original condition. It is not possible to return products made to order (such as commissioned work and the personalized amulets). To return products you can contact us via hello@projectnazar.nl

All orders are packed with the utmost care. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via hello@projectnazar.nl with a photo of the damage.
